8.2 In case of any dispute, the parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction over the company's location.

9.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9.2 Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any rights under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such rights.

9.3 These Terms constitute the complete agreement between both parties regarding the services and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.
